About this site
collectif3.com is the official site of Collectif+3, the architecture, interior design and construction studio of architect Sebastián Luzuriaga, with offices at Av. Pampite y Chimborazo, C.C. Centro Plaza, Oficina 3, Cumbayá, Quito, Ecuador. It shows the studio's works, explains how it works and receives requests for new projects.
The legal entity name and tax ID (RUC) of the site owner are being confirmed and will be published on this page.
02
Acceptance
By browsing the site or using its form, its WhatsApp buttons, the AURA assistant or the newsletter, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms govern only the use of the site. If you hire the studio, that relationship is governed by the contract signed by the parties.
03
Intellectual property
The designs, plans, architecture and interior design projects, renders, photographs, videos, texts, logo and the Collectif+3 brand shown on the site belong to Collectif+3 or are used with their owners' permission. They are protected by Ecuador's Código Orgánico de la Economía Social de los Conocimientos, Creatividad e Innovación (COESCCI) and by the international treaties in force in Ecuador.
Works of architecture, together with their plans, models and designs, are protected by copyright. Viewing or downloading an image transfers no rights over it or over the design it shows.
Without the studio's written permission you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially use this content, or use the site's designs, plans or renders to build, replicate or derive another work. You may share links and quote short excerpts citing the source.
04
Photographs of works and renders
Photographs show built works at a given moment. Their current condition may differ. When a photograph is by an outside photographer, the rights to it belong to its author.
Renders and visualizations are illustrative representations of a project. Materials, furniture, planting, surroundings and light may vary in the finished work.
Some illustrative images in blog articles may be generated with artificial intelligence tools and do not depict the studio's works.
Many of the works shown are private homes. Respect their owners' privacy: don't use the images to locate them or visit them without permission.
05
Referential information, no binding offers
Descriptions, areas, years, materials, processes and other information on the site are for reference only and may change without notice. Nothing published here is an offer, a quote or a contractual commitment.
Prices, areas, scope and timelines are set only in a written, signed proposal prepared after we learn about your project.
Architecture, interior design and construction services are governed by the specific contract signed by the parties, by the applicable professional and municipal regulations and by the Norma Ecuatoriana de la Construcción (NEC).
06
Artificial intelligence assistant
AURA answers automatically using an artificial intelligence model, based on the studio's public information. Its answers are informational and may contain errors or omissions.
They are not professional technical, structural, legal or financial advice, nor a quote or an offer, and they don't bind the studio. Before making decisions about your project, confirm the information with the architect.
Don't share sensitive data with the assistant. How we handle conversations is explained in the privacy policy.
07
Electronic communications
Messages you exchange with the studio through the form, email, WhatsApp or the assistant are data messages and have the legal value granted to them by Ecuador's Ley de Comercio Electrónico, Firmas Electrónicas y Mensajes de Datos.
The studio commits to providing a service only through an accepted written proposal or a signed contract, on paper or with an electronic signature under that law.
08
WhatsApp and third-party links
WhatsApp buttons open a Meta service, and the site links to other services such as Instagram. Each has its own terms and privacy policies, which you accept when you use them. The studio doesn't control their content or availability.
The prefilled WhatsApp message includes a C3-XXXXX reference code that helps us find your inquiry. You can edit the message before sending it.
09
Acceptable use
Use the site in good faith. You may not scrape content automatically or in bulk where it affects the site's operation or infringes intellectual property rights; send fake requests, spam or automated messages through the form, WhatsApp or the assistant; attempt to inject code or instructions, bypass the assistant's limits or access restricted areas such as the admin panel; impersonate anyone; or overload or interfere with the service.
In case of abuse we may limit or block access, without prejudice to any civil or criminal action that may apply.
10
Liability
We work to keep the site's information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it is error-free. To the extent Ecuadorian law allows, the studio is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's content or the assistant's answers, or for damage arising from interruptions, technical failures or third-party services.
This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence and does not restrict the non-waivable rights that Ecuador's Ley Orgánica de Defensa del Consumidor grants to consumers.
11
Site availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times, but there may be pauses for maintenance, updates or causes beyond the studio's control. We may change, suspend or remove content and features, such as the assistant or the newsletter, at any time.
12
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page with its update date, and it applies from publication. Changes do not affect contracts already signed.
These terms are published in Spanish and English. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
13
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. In any dispute, the parties will first seek a direct agreement and, failing that, may turn to mediation at a mediation center in Quito under Ecuador's Ley de Arbitraje y Mediación.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quito, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers.
